For the last month, I’ve been facilitating a Processing Pain journaling group.
Seven of us write about our most painful experiences, using a series of questions to guide us.
We share our experiences.
We laugh.
We cry.
We say, “That happened to me too!”
We encourage each other.
We pray for each other.
We uplift each other throughout the week.
And each week, we become freer.
Each week we become more available to recognize and receive all of the amazing things that life has to offer us.
